Microsoft is partnering with generative AI startup Typeface to make it easier for marketers to build campaigns. Typeface’s highly-customizable generative AI technology will be embedded into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights platform. This integration extends the existing partnership between the two companies. According to Abhay Parasnis, founder and CEO of Typeface, this collaboration goes beyond simply generating content. It aims to transform marketing journeys, campaigns, and customer insights into compelling stories and content that can be delivered to customers. Typeface leverages partnerships with major players in the IT market, including Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Teams. It also uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI services. The integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will provide users with more capabilities. By describing their marketing goals in plain English, users can generate entire campaigns tailored to their brand and style. The integration will enable users to easily act on customer profile and insights data, creating highly customized and compelling content in one seamless application workflow.
